In 2012, Charan Singh founded Famous Drive in New York City with one black sedan and a telephone he answered himself — a number that still rings the dispatch desk today.

The house grew on quiet referrals from assistants and family offices, and stayed owned end to end — its own cars, its own chauffeurs, its own written standard: be early, be quiet, be exact.

Today it delivers transportation solutions on that same standard — an owned fleet across the tri-state, vetted partner houses well beyond it, and the first number is still the right number.
